Not investment advice
Periscøpe is software, not a broker, investment adviser, or financial adviser. Nothing on this site or in the product constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or instrument. You are solely responsible for the strategies you author, the broker connections you configure, the orders your systems place, and your use of the software.
Assumption of risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You use Periscøpe entirely at your own risk, and you alone are responsible for every outcome that results from your strategies, your decisions, and your use of the software. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. In particular, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your strategy logic may be flawed and may lose money, regardless of how it performed before.
- AI-assisted suggestions are used at your own risk. The assistant can be wrong, and any code or strategy it helps produce may contain mistakes and may lose money. You are responsible for reviewing and validating everything before you run it.
- The software may contain errors, defects, or bugs that cause a strategy to behave unexpectedly, place unintended orders, or lose money.
- Backtest, paper-trading, simulated, and other hypothetical results have inherent limitations and are not necessarily indicative of future results. A strategy that was profitable in backtest or paper may lose money when run live.
- Past live performance is not a guarantee of future performance. A strategy that made money before may lose money going forward.
- We do not guarantee availability or uptime. The platform, data feeds, or broker connections may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable, which can affect or prevent order execution.
- You bring your own broker account. Periscøpe is not a broker, exchange, or clearing firm; it does not hold customer funds, custody assets, or make discretionary trading decisions for you. When you enable live trading, orders may be generated by your strategy and routed to your connected broker based on your strategy code and configuration. Your broker's own terms, fees, and risks apply.
No warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or correctness. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result, signal, or order will be timely, accurate, or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Periscøpe nor the individuals or entities that own, operate, or provide it will be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that you are solely responsible for your strategies, broker connections, orders, and outcomes.

By submitting the access form you consent to receive email from us related to your waitlist status and the product. You can opt out at any time by replying to any such email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
